Can i drink alcohol while taking antibiotics or any other medication?

I have Bronchitis and the doctor gave me 5 tablets to take one every day for five days . If i drink alcohol at like 10:00 am and take the tablet at like 11:00 pm will it mess up the effect of the medicine or anything?
