PlEASE HELP! please any good doctor?

I just did the EFT by myself, and now im scared my hands just turned purple and i feel like my whole upper body is asleep, num especially my arms, even my cousin was shocked when my face turned so pale, it was almost green. and my hands are still purple!!! please help :(
