Catholics: I'm a catechumenate about to be fully received into the Church...?

I'm 17 years old and have been converting to Catholicism for months. We just had the Rite of Election, where the Church formally welcomed us and we met the bishop. However, I still continue to commit mortal sins of the flesh, such as masturbation. I even sometimes still view , which I know is extremely grave. I just did that tonight. What should I do? Should I feel extremely guilt? I know that my sins will be forgiven when I'm baptized, but I still want to please God.
