I need to find a software that I can buy that is affordable and easy to use to organize my photos.?

I have photos in my laptop and my desktop. They are in different folders all over my computer. I NEED HELP! I want a software or something that I can buy that will find all my pics from both computers and organize them and store them. I bought the Polaroid thing but it did not find ALL my pictures, plus it will do it in just one computer not both. I also bouht Adobe Workshop but cant understand how it works, PLEASE Hlep this computer illiterate photo lover!
