'System file' .sys - any ideas on how to open such files ? Trying to install a driver for my daughters mobile

BenQ-Siemens E61 - the phone came with an installation disc but when trying to install drivers on disc they are all .sys files and i cant seem to open them. Any idea on what programme is required to open these type of files ? heres hoping, thanks in advance .... def 10 points up for grabs here
