I need an alternate idea for cooking ribeye steaks?

I have two large left over uncooked ribeye steaks from the other day and we wanted to use them tonight, but I don't want to eat them in traditional steak form. They were really good the other day, so I don't want to cheapen them, but I also don't want to freeze them (I never remember to thaw things out). Does anyone have any recipe ideas that don't require a ton of time?
