Is there software that writes in the notes for sheet music?

I'm looking for some type of freeware software that'll scan or go through sheet music I already have and "write in" the notes beside the chords. I want to play a song but the key signature is very difficult and it takes a lot of time to write in what each note is. Is this possible? Or is there sheet music that exists with the notes already written in?
