High/bouncing idle problem in my '90 honda prelude...?

Don't mess with the screw....its probably one of the sensors on the air/fuel intake system embly. The cold weather does make it worse. My car has had that problem for 2 years..but I would have it fixed if I were you.....but it can wait if you need to save up for repairs.
