Is it a cold? or allergies?

I thought i had a cold 3 or 2 weeks ago. I lost my voice, had a cough, congestion.But today, i feel a tickle in my nose which leads to me sniffling it back up(ew) or sneezing. I also am slightly congested and when i lay down, i cant even breath through my nose. But my throat doesnt hurt, nor head. So its fall, almost winter with temperatures of 30-50. Allergies? or cold?
