How can I replace my square recessed lighting with round cans?

Hi, I have 5 square recessed lights in my finished basement, about 10 or 12 inches(100 to 144 square inches) and they are a bit dated, being original to a home built in the late 1960s. Are there alternatives to these that are easy to install(as easy as any light fixture) like a recessed can light in the shape of a square that can directly replace the square housings, or any other alternative out there?
