PSAT to SAT to ACT=confused?

Alright so i recived my PSAT scores and i got a 142 and was trying to convert them to SAT to see what my ACTwould be,being my school requires juniors to take the ACT not the SAT. So i found that my PSAT score would amount to a 1420 on the SAT which would = a 32 on the ACT correct?
