What do you think of this computer?

You need some help. CPU and mobo are fine. Get less expensive RAM. $225 is a lot for 6GB. Get some Mushkin for $175. Samsung hard drives are not very reliable, look at Western Digital. The GTS 250 is not a bad card but it is not on the same level as the rest of your system. Look for a GTX 260 Core 216 or better. Your case should have better airflow. For $143 you can get a Cooler Master HAF 932 which has excellent cooling and it probably $5 cheaper. Next, your PSU is underpowered. You should get a 650W model from a well known company like Corsair, SeaSonic, OCZ, Thermaltake, even Cooler Master; don't skimp on the PSU. Everything else is fine.
